Golden Advisors reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date is updated with each revision.
The Website is an informational and lead-generation platform operated by Golden Advisors in connection with its advisory services relating to Portugal’s Golden Visa (Autorização de Residência para Investimento — ARI) programme.
The Website does not constitute a regulated investment service, portfolio management platform, or any other MiFID II-regulated activity. No contract for advisory services is formed through your use of the Website alone. Any engagement for advisory services is subject to a separate written agreement.
All content on the Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and the compilation thereof — is the property of Golden Advisors or its content suppliers and is protected under Portuguese and EU copyright law (Código do Direito de Autor e dos Direitos Conexos, Decreto-Lei 63/85, as amended) and international conventions. Photographic images used on the Website are licensed from third-party stock image providers under commercial licences permitting use in this context; such images remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders.
You may access and display content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, unless mandatory provisions of applicable law require otherwise.
For disputes involving consumers domiciled in EU member states, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer’s habitual residence remain unaffected in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I) and Regulation (EC) No 1215/2012 (Brussels I Recast).
