No Data Protection Officer (DPO) is required: Golden Advisors is not a public authority, does not process special categories of data on a large scale, and does not carry out large-scale systematic monitoring of individuals (GDPR Art. 37; Lei 58/2019, Art. 12). Nonetheless, the above contact address handles all data subject requests without delay.
When you submit the enquiry form on the Website, we collect: full name, email address, telephone number (optional), nationality, and investment timeline preference, together with any content you include in the free-text message field.
Like most websites, the Website may collect technical data automatically when you visit, including: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is processed for security and statistical purposes on the basis of our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
This Website does not use analytics, advertising, tracking, or functional third-party cookies. The only cookies that may be placed are those strictly necessary for the technical operation of the site (e.g., session management), which do not require prior consent under Lei n.º 41/2004.
The Website loads typeface files from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com), a service operated by Google LLC. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with: (i) trusted service providers acting as data processors on our behalf — our website hosting provider and email service provider are both established in Portugal and process data exclusively within the European Economic Area — bound by data processing agreements compliant with GDPR Art. 28; (ii) professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) under confidentiality obligations; (iii) competent authorities when required by law.
Google LLC (Google Fonts) receives your IP address as described in section 2.3 above. Google LLC is established in the United States and participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which provides an adequate level of protection for this transfer (GDPR Art. 45).
No other transfer of personal data to third countries is currently made. In the event this changes, we will ensure an adequate level of protection and update this Policy accordingly.

We will respond within one calendar month. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD): www.cnpd.pt.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, or access (GDPR Art. 32). These include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls limited to authorised personnel, and periodic security reviews. In the event of a data breach likely to result in risk to your rights, we will notify the CNPD within 72 hours and, where required, inform affected individuals.
